Pose function not working any sugestions?

First off this is becoming my favorite mod it does what I think was missing from a lot of mods especially the pose features. My problem is only on my new game I started. My old game with it is still working fine but the new game I started I cant get the pose to work screen freezes for 20 seconds and control of character returns.  Is there a player level requirement maybe? I checked settings on  the MCM menu but didn't see anything for the poses. Any ideas on why it works on my other game but not on my new one? I'm a noob with severe add so bare with me lol.

Same mods and load order both games started new game to get another mod to work go figure
