Animation lags on new character, why it can happen?

Have working basic mods, played until level 20. Most time SL worked ok.

Decided to run new start with “Skyrim unbound”, and with fresh new character I have long time lags in Player animation, while NPC movings normal, it happend before on old character, but somehow I managed to fix it.
 

So why this lags can occur? I have to many scripts? Or maybe Some SL mod can have wrong settings?  
 

My idea is to run new game with only “Unbound + SL mods” (disable all other non SL mods) and see how it will work.

Maybe usefull for others. When I disabled "Frostfall, Realistic Needs", most of new lands and quest mods, animations run without lags. Maybe it because of too many script executing same time.
