You need a owner household which has purchased it and hired staff. After this, every other household can visit it.

this feature aren't from patreon's membership only? or can i configure a club to do this? i mean, with the LL version?

Strip clubs are only available to Patreon users at the moment.

 

One of your households must own it. It operates like a retail store or restaurant. 

 

Once you set it up with an owner, hours, and employees, other households can visit it.
