Naked PJ's for Female Sims?

Seems that every time I look for a naked pajama mod for females, I find ones for males.  I'm talking in default-mode.  I know I can make them strip, but invariably, they put their clothes back on.  No, I don't want to change my autonomy setting for TS4.  I also don't want to keep adding mods to this game, thinking I found it; some break my game.  I want the most stable mod, but why do they let the males have that as a default skin for having a penis, but not females without a D?  Can a mod creator suggest which one does this?  I'd much appreciate it.  Thanks!
