[REQ] Noldor Armor from LOTR / Port from Oblivion.

Hi guys, I know the quality of this site, of these modders from years, 
following some stuff from here and after all of that time, I wished to
ask a request about an armor from Peters Jackson's interpretation of the
Lord Of The Rings serie.

I wished to ask if someone can convert this Oblivion mod http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/14747/
& maybe this one in addition http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/29742   to Skyrim.

I
waited to see these armor remodeled or  ported from the release of
Skyrim to now, but no one tried ( I dont really know about asian modding
sites )  and I found this unbelievable  because they can also be
Lore-friendly and they are awesome elven master pieces.

If someone can try to port them and incidentally, if you have the skills to polysh the model & make a texture improvement, it will be perfect but not needed if the armor works good ^^

I'll be eternally gratefull to the one who take this Challenge.
