This took forever as splitting the image in half as the inner arm is where the seam is.
Personal dual Wolf Tattoo
I designed this a few years ago. so I put it on Tyler, my Sim.

Still trying to figure out how to do a bit of a fade on my tattoos to give them a more realistic look, so the Hyrule on is stark Black, the other is a bit more muted but now sure how I did that unless my black was a bit off in PS 2020
