Unlock achievements while using mods

Hey I was wondering if anyone knows of a still working mod that will unlock the ability to still earn achievements while using other mods? I know there had been some mods out before that did this, and currently folks have made some mods that are still compatible with Achievements, but most of the mods we get here lock out achievements. Which I still want earn a few. ?

I don't know about something that will enable achievments but if it helps:

is a resource that lets you directly unlock achievements so you could just do it manually after achieving what you want or just unlock them all

There are cheat engine scripts that can do this also

AFAIK there's no up to date mod to do this, but if you want to get the achievement easier, you can use wemod trainer. It helps a lot
