Oniki Kinky world isn't working

every time I try doing a sex action using oniki world my sims just say, "No, someone might see us" and even when I built a basement for them to have sex they still keep saying that.

Try going to KinkyWorld>settings>global>privacy and have a poke around at the options there :). I can't remember exactly what the options are now, and I've not got the game running at the moment, but you can change how difficult it is for Sims to want to get naked. Also, they need to learn kinky behavious by watching the kinky channels on TV, taking their clothes off outside, seeing other sims in states of undress or involved in kinky actions. 

 

Failing that, there is always KinkyWorld>Debug>Always Accept and switch that from "off" to "on". But that takes away half the fun, in my opinion :). Used temporarily, it might work to give everyone a bit of a kick along, though.
