rmitchell Posted January 18, 2020 Posted January 18, 2020 Hello all. I'm quite puzzled to what has happened. I updated to the most recent version of WW released a couple of days ago, and the only problem I noticed was that my Sims refused sex proposals even with always accept checked. I reverted back to the previous version I had (which was updated in December), and it worked like normal. Currently, I'm patched at 1.58.69.1010; I have not patched to the most recent version, as people have said it's caused more problems than good, But since I was previously using the December version on this current patch, I'm still confused why it would matter that I'm behind a patch when it worked before? Was I only playing on borrowed time? To further explain the issue: when I click settings, it opens up my menu options. When I try to close out of it, the options are wiped, and the WW display remains on the screen. I cannot close out of it, and I have to do a forced close via task manager. I do not receive any exception errors or files. As I mentioned, this was not happening earlier this week as I checked and unchecked settings when I realized the refusal of sex issue had popped up. I can always back up my files and bite the bullet and use the most recent patch, but it's just confusing that it seems to have happened suddenly. I have not downloaded any new script mods the day I notice it happened. I did upload some tray files for lots and Sims, though? Thanks in advance for the help. Please disregard and close, mods! I found someone with the exact same issue on the large tech support thread, and was able to get help to figure it out!
