Why are some mods time bombs? (solved somehow)

Installed a mod and it just worked fine for days, and then suddently everytime I save the game freez because of it for some incoherent reason

 

Just why do some mods work fine for days after game exit and computer reboot but suddently go fubar despite having shown zero problem since installation?

 

Then it end up corrupting all save where it was on and go around retroactively putting that bug on older save and on new games save breaking the entire game

Okay somehow either windows udpate is a massive troll or the fix is just as randomly spontaneous than the bug itself, scrubbing all files from the mod work only after rebooting the computer wich had update waiting to be installed

 

Ain't taking any more risk : im doing a back up of my modded game with the config that had no issue with since a month
