How to fix it?

Its really annoying. Any ideas how to fix it?

I looks like your missing the foot meshes for whatever body you're running. That would be the first thing that comes to mind.

 

Did you just install a new body mod?

 

If so check the the mods meshes folder for female foot meshes. If there are none, make copies of whatever foot meshes may be in your Skyrim Data folder, and try deleting them, and see what happens. If you're still running into trouble after that post some specifics on the body you're running.

Could also be related to the armor you are using. If it does not have a full weightslider support you´ll end up with visible hand and feets seems. You can check if either a weight of 0 or 100 is working properly (in console "setnpcweight 0" without quotation marks, you should have clicked on your character before)

If neither of the fixes above work, try uninstalling the wet body mod, it appears you're using one. After that, download FemFeet from the Nexus, toggle archiveinvalidation in the NMM (If you use it), then check if the problem persists. If it doesn't, try the wet body mod again.
