Beeing Female help please

I can't get my character to have a baby, either she loses it or the game freezes when I fast forward time. Any Ideas as to why this could be happening? I have Jessica Alba as a follower while my character is pregnant, could that be the issue? Thank you.

So you can have a baby but it just disappears. Is that your problem? Or is it you just can't birth the baby?

You can select baby type in general Pregnancy settings, whether it's an actor or item or whatever.
