sims with no faces

I've run into a issue with NPC sims being generated without a face, which requires my going into CAS to correct it for each and every style of clothing worn. has anyone else had this problem and how was it solved. it's an obvious missing mesh but I don't know where to look?

if you have ea eyelashes removal mod you need to update it

okay, but it's not happening to all the sims, where would I find an update version of the eyelashes?

As said multiple times it's a broken CC, find it, remove it, and redownload a new one. I'll let you use the researsh tab.
