when i start the game it comes up with sexout require nvse v9 but you have v0 i got the most up to date one i could find

Make sure you have the NVSE Extender, which is at version 11 if I remember right, and in the right place. That is, inside where the game is installed, in the directory Data\NVSE\plugins\Extender.
