RQ ~ Tattoo slider or shifter!

In my google search for presets and stuff, i saw this really interesting hat slider

So that made me think  Is there anyone who could do tattoo sliders or shifters to place a tattoo a little higher or lower on the body? I know arrms and legs would be hard but  I have run into so many problems with body details  that would help! For example, I try to contact someone for male versions of these wonderful variety nipples but they haven't responded. And despite trying to make it unrestricted to the opposite gender/frame, the placement is too low to the original skin's nipple. Moles and glitter I have found, too. They would be fun to make a slight more unique look if I could shift their placement!

Can anyone at least point me to a person who does sliders and listens to possible suggestion?
