How do I get my sims fully nude while having sex

I downloaded the mosaic/blur mod and it still has a slight blur while they are having sex and doesn't show the penis or vagina it shows nude underwear how might I fix this problem? I checked to see if I had the streamer mode censor in my folder and I do not. is there a way to fix this so It is clear with no blur and they have their parts showing

You  don’t need a separate blur/censor etc mod. Delete it. It’s already in WW itself.

I didn't know that Wickedwhims had it built in though so I might as well just delete it.
