Building stages: weather effects (cold)

Hi all,

 

need some design help.

 

Building a nightclub with stages on it, but, if i remove the floor, weather effects kick in and there will be snow on the ground and the rooms become cold enough that sims freeze.

 

This seems to be an ea sort of base game bug.

 

But I thought i would ask since most of yall are probably better designers than i am.
