I would have been able to test this if I knew how to create a custom race. But unfortunately I can't so here's my thoughts of the concept.

Maybe I'm reinventing the wheel, but I haven't seen anything like this before. So if I had, well...

First we would need a custom race for example:
NordPregRace

That race only needs two things except for a texture ofc.
A default body and one for 100% weight.
Sliders from CB++

Weight + 2.52 is based on 252 days of pregnancy and 0 - 100 % weight possible.
For testing you may change to a higher number.
Using:
set timescale to 5000
or more would be preffered.

The OnInit is just a lazy way and not at all realistic, but you may implement whatever you want.

Also, as I mentioned at the start.
A custom race would be preffered so you could when the woman has been impregnated:
MyPreganentWoman.SetRace(NordPregRace)

Then someone needs to create the outfits to cope with the changed weight perhaps, I dunno I haven't worked with those things.

This could naturally be improved, but just to begin with something, atleast for the scripting part.

What do you think, could this be something to extend?

If I forgot to mention something or if you have questions, please let me know.

Important: Please note that this will obviously replace your current body mesh so make a backup first.

Good idea, I had no idea that body sliders could be changed via scripting.

Actually its not the bodysliders that changes with the script, only increasing the weight.

That would be awesome if we could tho'.

 

I really need to find out how to make a fully functional custom race.

The tutotrials I found has been just how to clone and change the name of a race...

What I need is to find out how to set the race to use a specified body mesh.
