Trigger specific animation from xml mod/python mod

Not sure this is the best place to ask, but the 'technical support' forum seems to be utterly dominated by support requests, so figured I would ask here:

 

Is there any way to trigger an whickedwhims animation from another mod? Ideally I would like to trigger a specific animation or animations tagged with some specific tags from an xml/tuning mod, but if the only way to trigger it is from python then I am open to that as well. Or if it's somehow possible to just trigger the animation picker from a package mod then that's a compromise I would be interested in as well.

 

Or for the non-developers here who want to help: Do you know any mod which is just a *.package file which trigger a specific whicked whims animation? I don't think any of the most popular whicked whims mods do that, but there is a bunch of them I can't install yet as I don't have most EP's.
