Occasiaonal Crashes

Please help nub me, i still have occasional crashes on uncertain location and action (have not found pattern yet).

I've tried reinstalling some mod for compatibilities, reducing mods, but still have some occasional freezes /  CTDs. Some example are freeze when combat in solitude, CTD after fast travel to riften stable.

i ran on enuf FPS, i use mostly 1k texture with some 2k and 4k mixed in (few).

My potato PC spec :

I7 4790, RX580 8GB, 16 GB RAM.

Anyone know what's the cause of occasional CTD / which mod might be causing it, please do help me!

 

*Additional info, i use ini tweak on crash fix plugin ini file with its .dll file (another mod), so i dont set memory on SKSE plugin.

i alr use memory detector dx9 i forgot the tool, to set memory in enblocal.
