Looking for a really simple spell mod

I am not proficient in using CK so can someone please make a simple spell for me (Or point me to one already present)? It's an AoE calm spell with zero cast time and zero cost, 1000 magnitude, 50 m radius, 1handed cast and with NO visible fx whatsoever...
