Use custom follower files to create custom race

Is this possible?

Is one able to create a custom race, or modify an existing one, to use the body and face of a custom follower? If so, how is this done (does anything extra need to be done for clothing aswell?)

(Race A looks like Custom Follower B for example / race N is created by using the body and face of Custom follower B)
