wow. your load order looks pretty messy. im surprised you dont have more problems :)

have you tried looking up which NPC's you're loading in bleak falls? then look at it using xEdit - probably a body reference issue or a mismatched body nif somewhere.

Normaly loot sort well ? its a lie ? XD  Ty for the replies and i try to use xedit but i don't understand what i make when i see some files orange or red! Any good guide for a noob ? °° And yes is probably a texture issue , my ctd go quickly if a try to wacth around when i go in the corridor (around the first dead skeever and the shelf below)

Okay well my advice would be to make a save outside of bleak falls on a clean save just for testing purposes and so you don't have to make a lengthy run each time. Than enable a small number of mods at a time I usually do 3 or 5 at a time when I have to trouble shoot for which mod is causing issues. Load the game go to the location and see if any of the mods loaded are casuing your CTD. If not back out enable another 3 to 5 and continue this process until you CTD again than you will know one of those last 3 and or 5 mods you enabled were the culprit. So back out and if you don't already have an idea of which of those last mods you enabled is likely responsible, start by disabling these one at a time and testing as you have been until you find which one it is.

Once you know which it is load up XEDIT (make sure your are launching it with SSEEdit64.exe) with all mods loaded and go down to the mod causing the crash click the + button to expand the mod and the files highlighted as red have a conflict in them so click on a highlighted file and on the right side window at the top will show skyrim and any dlcs and mods going left to right indicating load order/priority. Now you can look at this to see which mod is conflicting with it and resulting in the crash so you have a few options here to try and fix it.

1. Changing this problematic mod to be lower or higher in your load order to the conflicting mod and seeing if that fixes it.

2. Seeing if this problematic mod is in BSA file form and being overridden by the conflicting mod in loose file form (loose files are prioritized over BSA files automatically and if using vortex than vortex will not recognize any conflict is taking place) or vice versa. If so you can try extracting the files from the BSA (make sure to delete the BSA file from the mod folder after you have extracted it and put the loose files into the mod folder) and repacking the mod than reinstalling it now as a loose file mod so that both mods are now loose file installs so that your mod manager will now properly show the mods as conflicting and you can now assign the proper prioritization of the conflicts between these mods.

I will mention this bit incase you don't already know it but in order to extract from a BSA file you will need to download the Bethesda Archive Extractor. With this you launch the program by double clicking the bae.exe and with this program now open just drag and drop the BSA file into it and click the extract button select the location to extract to.

3. In Xedit drag and drop the necessary files onto their corresponding files of the other mod. (Some one who uses xedit more that I do could probably give you a better idea of which files these would be if you provide them with names of the mods that are conflicting.)

and just incase you need a clean save file for testing purposes and don't want to go through the hassle of making one for this I will upload you my clean save file.
