K enb pure light (old version K ENB Pure Light Extreme v3.0-58338-0-265-v3-0 (1)) not working as intendet.

Hi,
I've installed plenty of mods to make my skyrim look good, but I have problem with ENB, and I dont know if a mod causes my problem but I think no. I do not use any lightning mods and mods that are "prohibited" or am I?
At first I tried most recent version of this enb, but I had 15 fps in buildings(But it was fully working!!!!), so I resigned from it, and tried to check if the older version will work.
I have notebook, with gtx 1050 4GB(yeah it's gtx not 1050m or smth :tongue:), 8GB ram DDR5, i5-8300h 2,9 GHz, 4,0 Turbo, and I installed skyrim on SSD disk.
For ENB I use 0.292 binary cuz I couldnt find the 0.265. 
The problem is, that just some of the effects does work, for example "shine" from fireplaces, but sun effects does not work and the game is dark af, also theres is a strange shine on my character hairs.
I did everything well I think and I have no freaking idea why its not working as intendet...
