texture becomes partly transparent when double sided? related with skinning?

Might be easier to see the picture first

Left: what the texture should be

Right: the front texture becomes partly transparent (only the front)

both the LightShaderProperty are the same since I copied from one to the other..

 

Took me hours to narrowing it down, seems something to do with skinning, the "double sided" will work alright if I use "Skin warp", but if I export the one which I used "Skin" function and added the bones one by one, the texture will become partly transparent.

I can not move on to painting the texture because of this problem :s

 

the bones are slightly different.

I've attached both nif files, hope someone can point out the problem

but hoping no weight re-painting is required :P..

this is one part of the armor that uses skirt-bones..

there are 3 parts that has the same problem as well

Solved by export

impart the nif again

and export again...strange, but it works:(
