port follower from skyrim to fo4

Hi, does any one knows how to port a follower from skyrim to fo4?

Now I am far from being an expert on this subject but it is my understanding that the two games are different enough that a straight port wont work. You would need to totally remake the character from scratch, so not just looks but all the behind the scenes stuff like follower AI, general disposition, aggressiveness and so on.
