Equippable glowing/burning eyes

I'm planning to use the Dwemer Goggles/Scouter mod when I do my next playthrough, but I also intend to have said items use a different appearance when I play (I don't really care for the Dwemer look, but the vision features of the items are awesome).

 

To that end, I would absolutely love it if I could make said items take on the appearance of a pair of glowing or burning eyes, ones that would overlap your character's usual ones when equipped. Basically, whenever I have one of those vision effects turned on, it'd look like my eyes are glowing. When not using any vision types, my eyes would (hopefully) return to normal (if not, oh well).

 

Now, I'm not talking about eye-texture mods like the ones on Nexus. I'm talking about making your eyes glow with light. If you need examples of what I mean, look at stuff from games like Warcraft III or WoW.

 

Anybody up for this? I'd really love being able to make my character's eyes look badass while I'm using Night Eye.
