issues with a mountable NPC

Hi.

 

I want to create a mod with a human NPC that I can use as a mount.

Im using Enderal (the Skyrim Total Conversion) for that and already tried some stuff.

 

I also attached the ESP if you want to take a look at that.

 

The current problem is that when I mount the NPC he get stuck in the ground. No matter how I place the sattlebone on the NPC or change the mount offset settings.

"Stuck" in the floor I can ride. I cant get off of the mount when I do it, the npc get stuck in a weird animation (just like mounting on) but then I cant do anything. I cant move and console commands dont work.

When I try to jump when Im in the floor the mount and I am getting above the ground and there is a falling animation for like 20 seconds and Im walking on the shoulders of the mount.

 

Does anybody know why that happens?
