First, thanks for all contributors to provide this amount of mods and let people experiment their own fantasies.

 

Is there any supermod (one install) containing sexual (but non only) quests/stories/characters using already SexLab and some others related mods ?

No, there is none.

Just because it is pretty much impossible to create and maintain.

And because of the number of possibilities will be pretty much impossible to satisfy the taste of everyone.

 

And, lastly, it is not allowed to repack and distribute mods of other authors.
