What is this mod that adds waist potions/bag?

This is actually a kind of a reverse search because I've got a bunch of mods and I've restarted playing skyrim, but I'm not sure which one is causing this. I have no idea how to enable/disable it and it's always constantly on my character. I think it also affects NPCs because I've tested removing their equipment but they always have a addon like a quiver that sticks to their back even though they have nothing else on.

 

If anyone has any idea what mod this is, let me know! It's not Bandolier, I know for sure.

ALL GEARED UP DERIVATIVE adds an option to show potions, torches, coin bag etc on character if they are present in the inventory. Maybe thats it? Its got a hotkey toggle feature for player and NPC's
