Updated my game now I get a CTD when I load a save or start a new game?

What the title says.

 

I've played fallout 4 multiple times today without issues, but after I couldn't get ESP-Explorer to work (the menu wouldn't come up after pressing F11) I remembered I had downloaded the most recent version of the mod and my game hasn't been updated in a while so I updated my game and I updated F4SE, Looksmenu, Scrap Everything, Place Everywhere, WorkshopPlus, Workshop Framework, LevelUpMenuEx, and MCM. After I did all that updating I started up the game and tried to load my latest save and immediately after pressing A on my controller (yes, I use a controller on my PC) the game CTDs. What is going on?!

I uninstalled all my mods and the crash still happens the only thing that is still installed in F4SE.
