Sturmtruper Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 I remember seeing a mod like this a while back, but i have not been able to find it again. It had a system where your base magicka was greatly increased, but at the cost of not being able to regen unless drained from a lifeform. I haven't really been able to find any other mods that work like this, so if anyone recognizes the description, please share.
