It seems like the custom characters I added basically never show up anymore.

I have a bunch of custom characters (hot women) that I downloaded and added to the gallery, then I "seeded" them in households in the game with my player character, so that they'd show up randomly around the town. It was working quite well for a while, but lately, it seems like I don't really see any of the custom characters anymore. In fact, it seems like it's mostly spawning the same few townies in every lot I go to. Is that some kind of bug that can be fixed? It's really annoying seeing the same people all the time, especially since I spent so much time finding additional characters to add.
