Crashes from SOS? Random CTDs.

 I found out that my game just crashes randomly. I was playing for a solid 20 minutes before I tried to loot a Frostbite Spider. I logged into the game again and tried to talk to Ralof in Helgen Keep - the game crashes 1 minute in. I'm noticing a trend with the crashes - At the end of the Papyrus logs, the random CTDs keep happening whenever NPCs get "schlongified" when looking at my character.  Here are my mods and load orders:
