Wrong Position at the Start/Position Selection?

Hi guys. 2 small problems.

 

1.  Last time I play, the sex animations were working but started with my Male character in the female spot on every animation. This wont happen with DEFEAT mod for example. Only with the regular NPC target spells. Any fix, or mod to simply start sex animations with a npc of my choice?

 

2. I need a way to select the animation
