Windeburg Bay Penthouse

This is basicaly a rework of a base game penthouse from SM put on the Windenburg Island. You have a nice rooftop for BBQ and a pool, also a large greenhouse.

On the second floor, you can find a sauna, an office with bookshelf and 2 PCs, a full equiped bathroom, One master bedroom with double bed and a common balcony with the other bedroom (used for guests) with 1 double bed and 2 single beds.

First floor, dj cabin with dance floor, a bar, hottube, full equip kitchen and all the electronics for your most modern sims, also another full equiped bathroom, with laundry furnitures.

There is a basement also, but I let you the surprise ?
