Disappearing separate armor parts. Weird SMP bug

Hello there, and thx for reading.
I have 2 major (kind of) problems with my SSE

1. I've downloaded many custom armor mods, most of which are with separate parts, using different slots. But many of the parts, when equipped they visually disappear, re equipping the main body armor make them reappear but shortly after ... they are gone.  Mostly stuff on belly abs , left hand gloves,shoulders (right hand never disappear) belts. I think I had the same problem in Oldrim loong time ago, think was some DD extras problem... Any ideas?

 

 

2. I'm using 3bbb Advanced right now, have all the req. XPMSSE, CBCP patch ,CBCP collusion HD-SMP plugin, CBBE etc etc. Strangly , most armors (with skirts or other HDT,SMP related parts) the meshes are stretched and centered on the ground (not moving or anything just stretched and static) . Is it because of the unique 3BBB body? I've tried uninstalled it and build  everything with teh CBBE SMP body, still the same problem. Any ideas? Help?

Thats just small part from the hole thing. 

EDIT: Problem N1 was caused by Devious Devices Integration + Expansion. Disabling them fixed the armor parts problem.
