Source of "*Fondles you for a while* I bet I could make some coin from you."?

What mod triggers a dialogue along the lines of "*Fondles you for a while* I bet I could make some coin from you." and then sends the player off to Simple Slavery?

It's triggering where I think it shouldn't . e.g. Captured Dreams shop. Laura's Bondage shop, etc..

I want to see if I can turn it off

Yep. Need to find a way to disable it.

Belethor approached the player with "*Fondles you for a while* I bet I could make some coin from you." and sent to Simple Slavery.

Auctioned off to the Red Wave.

One of the Red Wave crew approached the player with "*Fondles you for a while* I bet I could make some coin from you." and then sent to Simple slavery and triggering the Red Wave bounty.
