Beautiful sims with few CC

I want to create beautiful sims, but I would like to do it with not too much custom content.

 

When searching for custom content, you can really fall into the rabbit hole. There is thousands of options and most of them are individually packed. You can easily spend hours picking stuff instead of playing the game. That's why i'm asking for recommendations. here are a few things I'm looking for :

 

- A default skin replacement, for both male and female. The EA one is a little bland. I want it as a default replacement so every sims will use it automatically.

 

- A tattoo pack. I don't want to cherry pick each tattoo. I just want to have more options when applying tattoos to my sims.

 

- A hair pack. Again, less cherry pick, more options.

 

- An underwear pack. Same thing.

 

- Any other pack of customisation options you may think of that you consider a "must have".

 

In other words what are the CC that you include in every one of your games. If you do, that must be a good basis to start with.
