Areolas aren't perfectly round anymore (Comparison shots)

hello all, I have an issue that I need some help with.

So I use the Leyenda Skin for my character and using this picture you can see that the Areolas are nice and round: (I use a TBD body, and use CBBE For the textures)

 

But I was able to get my hands on a 3BBB TBD body, which required me to download Caliente's Beautiful Bodies: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/198?tab=description, which came with a Texture (that I don't like) so I had to re-install Leyenda Skin back over it, but now the areolas aren't a perfect circle anymore and are kinda "blocky" (It's something you'll never see, until you see it, then u can't unsee it.. oof)

 

 

 

 

 

 

So my question is, since I can't delete Caliente's mod since I'm using 3bbb. How can I get the Areolas looking like they did in the first pic? I'm using MO2 btw..
