heja Posted November 26, 2019 Posted November 26, 2019 As long as WickedWhims is active, all human Sims who are turned into mermaids have no lower half at all while swimming; their torsos just end. Also, any human Sim created while WickedWhims is active will have this occur if they are turned into a mermaid even if WickedWhims is disabled. Mermaids created as mermaids in CAS, as well as default mermaids like Nalani Mahi'ai, are fine, and "Change Sim" at a dresser can fix the issue. But it's still an issue. No exception file because none is created. I know that WickedWhims is the cause, because newly-created Sims do not have this issue when it's disabled, even if every other mod I have is enabled. Conversely, if I disable every mod except WickedWhims, it happens. I have the latest Sims patch and the latest version (as of November 25). The issue has been happening for a while, but I didn't pin it down until today as it rarely came up (and because Sims created while WickedWhims is active will have the bug forever.) I don't have very many expansions (though, obviously, Island Living is one I do have.) If it's relevant, I'll dig up the list.
heja Posted November 30, 2019 Author Posted November 30, 2019 Not sure if this one is still valid. I got one Sim created today to behave when I ran a test with the new WickedWhims version, but a default Sim (Mele K-whatever from Sulani) still showed this behavior. It was a fresh game, so Mele wasn't saved during the old version being active.
heja Posted March 31, 2020 Author Posted March 31, 2020 Just saying that this one IS still valid (that or it reappeared); it's just not 100% consistent.
