.BSA for SLDefeat Issue

Hey everyone, I'm having an issue I can't seem to figure out with the .bsa for SL Defeat. Whenever I have it in my data folder my game won't launch after the pre launcher. The .esp seems fine though.

Also the mod was installed with vortex

Defeat for SSE doesn't have a BSA file unless it was very recently updated with one.

There was one in the file I downloaded, safe to scrap then maybe?

You accidentally downloaded the oldrim version which happens a lot.  @Goubo linked to the oldrim description but the forum turns it into a big insert with a prominent download button that tricks people into getting the wrong mod. Go here and make sure to click on the green download button.
