Frequent CTD when opening menus

I just recently restarted playing skyrim on my new computer. i downloaded most of the same mods that i used to have, with some new additions. For some reason, after about 5-10 minutes of play, it crashes whenever I open a menu. it has happened with both my inventory and the map. I don't know why this is happening, but below is a copy of my load order. i have not attached the papyrus log because it will not let me for some reason.

 

EDIT: I just rebooted the game, tried to open the journal, and it immediately crashed. Don't know if the timing could point to something different, but i felt that it would be important to note
