ISO a list of pregnancy-supporting body replacers.

Hiya. I'm currently using a UNP body with pregnancy addon but it looks kind of tiny and odd at low weights. Is there a list of ways to make other body models work with pregnancy scaling? My modlist is probably too hard to switch to CBBE but possibly UNPB might solve my little gripe, is there anything that adds a belly node to UNPB?
