Using Mod Constructor to make some kinky bdsm traits

I just found out about the Mod Constructor tool and I have been fiddling around with it to get some kinky traits. The biggest bump in the road I have run into is how to do a masochist sim. The easy part is getting them to get a happy and/or flirty moodlet from being the subject of a mean or mischief interaction, the question I have is whether or not its possible to make it so they won't lose relationship from them, and if so, how would I go about doing that?

From what I've seen, the modding community is divided on the usefulness of Zerbu's little program there.  On one hand, it seems to make creating custom traits, careers, etc. easier so that people with little or no experience in coding xml and such can make them.  On the other hand, updates posted are few and far between, there seem to be no up to date tutorials, and the traits, etc. created using it apparently cause in game issues or just don't work.

 

That being said, I am also interested in creating custom traits, aspirations, etc, and would very much appreciate any helpful tutorials, instructions, or programs to aid in this learning process.  If Zerbu's tool does in fact not have the above issues, or if they can be fixed/worked around, that information would be welcome, as well.
