Help! Bounce not working still.

I've downloaded the things I needed and have reinstalled a few things. Any help? I cannot see any bounce in butt or breasts. Does this apply only for your own character? I've made a female character to test it out and it didn't work. I'm a male and play only as a male, hopefully it works for npc females. Here's my load order.
