Blender 2.80

So, I am new to this animation thing. I just got done with an animation I wanted to test out when I find out that Sims 4 Studio isn't compatible with Blender 2.80. I can't open my animations in any earlier version of blender. Is there anyway to convert the files backwards? It's kinda disheartening to learn I can't use all that work. O.<

You can append the action, from the blend file you made with 2.80, into the blender that is compatible with sims 4 studio.
