So, shall we begin? The first one is "Le Rouge et Bleu" a conversion of Skye Fitness from Maxis : Nightclub, 30x20, 146 850 $ Le Rouge et Bleu is a libertine nightclub and hometurf of the M.I.L.F. Club with 2 floors : the first one is set up for adult activity with 2 bed, 1 bondage device (the Bolton device), one piston machine, 2 toilets and 2 showers. The second floor is the actual dance floor with a bar and lot of space for chilling. This is a conversion of a Maxis building Skye Fitness (too many gym in this game and I only use one ). I place Le Rouge et Bleu at the former spot of disco Pan Europa, nice view and relatively quiet with NPC activity outside the lot. Hope you will enjoy it, you may have to shutdown sex autonomy for windows ans doors (maybe the floor itself). Link : https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/10862-blueprint_le-rouge-et-bleuzip/ The second is "The Naughtica" an original creation : Nightclub/Pool party place, 40x30, 176 182 $ The Naughtica is a semi indoor nightclub with a large pool, dance floor, one bar, hot tube, and plenty of furnitures for chill (chairs, otomans, lounge chairs). There is an empty basement I do not use (originaly for a VIP section, but the celebrity system piss me off and I shut it off). Oasis Spring is maybe one of the best spot to use this lot due to the climate. Hope you will enjoy it! Link : https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/10863-blueprint_the-naughticazip/ Finaly "The Sucubus Club" a Strip Club for the Patreon version of Wicked Whims, this club is also an original creation : Strip club, 30x20, 149 048 $ The Sucubus Club is a strip club design to work with the latest Wicked Whims Patreon version, otherwise the lot is just a non fonctionnal nightclub. One stage with 2 pole dance spot and one dancing spot (3 stage dancers). At the rear, acces to the stage : One bathroom with shower, full equiped kitchen, a bedroom with one double bed, idealy your active owner can be live here. The main area have bar, nice and cosy furniture to enjoy the show and a dj cabin isolated above the main area floor (If a dj is here on open hours, sims will generaly avoid this 2x6 square area. The second floor have 5 mini room with couch for privates show. Toilets are avaible for clients on both floor. Hope you will enjoy it! This nice sunny home is ideal to throw party around the pool. You also have a nice garden with a meditation corner for your most peaceful sims. Hope you enjoy it guys! You have a nice rooftop for BBQ and a pool, also a large greenhouse. On the second floor, you can find a sauna, an office with bookshelf and 2 PCs, a full equiped bathroom, One master bedroom with double bed and a common balcony with the other bedroom (used for guests) with 1 double bed and 2 double beds. First floor, dj cabin with dance floor, a bar, hottube, full equip kitchen and all the electronics for your most modern sims. There is a basement also, but I let you the surprise ? On the first floor, you can find a kitchen, living room, a party room with a bar, a wellness room for relaxation and fitness, an interior garden and some suprises for you to discover. Ha, there is also a swimming pool on backyard! Hope you will enjoy this build has I enjoy to make it.
