Baffled after install - menus not appearing

Hi - I installed version WW, and it's appearing in both the mods list and script mods list of the custom content tab. It's all selected and enabled, but when you go in-game there's no notification the mod's been installed and no menus/interactions at all. 

 

I was re-installing an earlier version after installing/deleting the most recent version which I found wasn't compatiable with my version of the Sims, which I can't update (it's cracked). 

 

Any advice?

It literally just started happening to me too. I didn't do any updates and it was fine and then I closed the game and opened it again because I put in some new mods. I took the new mods out and it's still happening.
