Strange problem with helmets and dual weapons

Hello,

 

I have an 'strange' problem. If i equip any helmet, hood, or close faced helmet my hair and face will clip out of it.

Also if i dual wield the weapon i have in offhand doesn't appear nor in 3rd person nor in 1st person. It executes the animation, it does damage, but it is invisible.

 

I tried to run my game with all mods disabled (only dawnguard, pcea, race compability and lunari esp) and still had this problem. So i'm running out of ideas. It is a new game(just got out of helgan) but i had this problem with old save as well.

 

Ideas ?
